Wa-Hi students Kyle Carver and Ruben Balders have been selected by the Afterschool Alliance to be student ambassadors of national afterschool programs.

The two travelled to Washington, D.C. April 16-20 to speak about afterschool programs on several different panels and meet individually with US senators and representatives. What an incredible opportunity!
